What The Price Does — And Doesn't — Cover.

The books, kept clean and current. The tax return itself belongs to your CPA, and we like it that way.

What software do you keep the books in?

QuickBooks Online for the books and Gusto for payroll, mostly. Already set up in Xero or Wave? We'll keep you there rather than force a migration you didn't ask for. No extra software fee lands on your invoice from us.

Does the monthly price ever change mid-year?

Only if your volume outgrows the tier — and we tell you a month before it does, in writing, with the new figure. The plan you sign up on holds until then. No quiet creep, no surprise line.

Do you file my income taxes?

No. We keep the books tax-ready and hand your CPA a clean set every quarter. Don't have one yet? We'll point you to two in Grand Junction who like working straight from our files.

Can I mix and match instead of taking a bundle?

Yes. Run bookkeeping standalone at $185, add reconciliation at $75, or start with payroll alone at $65 plus $9 a head. The bundles just fold two or more together for a rounder monthly figure.

How fast can a cleanup be tax-ready?

Depends on the backlog, and we'll say the honest number after the fifteen-minute look — a three-month catch-up is usually inside two weeks, a full year rebuild a little longer. You approve the flat quote before we start.
